We accept returns and exchanges within 5 DAYS of delivery.

Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

2. Share a clear video of the damaged or defective product for verification.

3. After verification, we will generate a return authorization.

⚠️ Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website.

🔄 Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product.

Contact us with your order number, and we will process the return authorization for the previous item.

💰 REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
